Chris Miller

Christopher Miller leads H2 Development and is responsible for the day-to-day real estate development activities. Miller was previously the Senior Director of Fund Design and Modeling for LISC Strategic Investments, the private impact investment funds group of LISC. Prior to joining LISC, he served as the Interim Vice President of Multifamily Lending and Neighborhood Investments at the DC Housing Finance Agency, where he led the group responsible for closing over $300 million in tax-exempt bond financing to support the creation of affordable housing. Miller also formed the DCHFA Housing Investment Platform, a social impact fund to promote the creation of for-sale housing in the District’s underserved communities. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BBA from The George Washington University.
